Pamela is a fully commissioned Notary Public in Texas and is bonded through Universal Surety of America and is fully insured with $100,000 E&O insurance. Pamela is also a Loan Signing Agent and is certified through the National Notary Association.  She is also a member of the American Society of Notaries. Pamela believes in staying current with all things notary and has successfully completed essential training with NNA and Notary 2 Notary.

Pamela grew up in Illinois; however, now lives with her husband in Texarkana, Texas.  She worked both as a public-school teacher, and a director of a daycare center part-time and as a Realtor with REMAX. Our CEO possesses two master’s degrees in education and counseling.  She is now retired from education and  ready to assist all the Bowie and Cass Counties with their notarial needs from acknowledgments, affidavits, or loan signings for real estate.

As a principled leader in the community, Pamela has built her notarial business on ethics and principles such as honesty, fairness, following policies and laws, personal leadership, and integrity.  On a deeper level, Pamela stands firmly on compassion as her bedrock.  She treats her peers and customers with dignity and respect as well as adheres to the motto: Treat others in the way you want to be treated.
